Renu Sachdeva

Renu is a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) consultant, speaker, facilitator, and Leadership Coach. As a co-founder of The Group Prism LLC, she is dedicated to providing customized solutions to organizations to help them integrate DEI principles into their organizational culture and systems.

In her role as a leader in DEI and as a coach, Renu offers inclusive leadership coaching to individuals at all levels. She works with them on incorporating principles of inclusion and equity within the context of their organizational and structural systems. Renu has also conducted numerous workshops on topics such as intersectionality, unconscious bias, and inclusive leadership and belonging.

With a 17-year tenure at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), Renu served in various capacities, including Forensic Technology consultant, Human Capital specialist, and Market Diversity and Inclusion Leader and Coach.

Renu holds a BBA from the University of Texas at Austin (2002) and an MBA from the University of Houston (2015). She is credentialed as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and an Associate Certified Coach (ACC).
