While I have enjoyed working in many different areas of talent management (including 360 and executive assessment, needs analysis, coaching, consulting, leadership development, training and facilitation, succession planning, and more), my favorite area continues to be supporting the growth and development of all levels of leaders.
My passion is improved well-being for organizations and their people, and I encourage this by supporting people as they grow their emotional intelligence and skillfully navigate their relationships with themselves and others. I help people increase their personal and professional potential, maximize and scale their positive impact, and optimize their leadership capability. I enhance individual experience and expression, support people around their most pressing challenges, and laser in on the most potent area of need, thereby up leveling the organizations, systems, and cultures we’re all part of.
