Fernando Dias

After a successful banking career in São Paulo and NYC, Fernando is an Associate Consultant and Faculty with Insights Discovery (UK), a Jungian-based psychometric tool for personal, team, and organizational development. He holds an M.Sc. (Merit) in Organizational Psychology from Birkbeck College (UK) and is a trained Executive Ontological Coach from Escuela Europea de Coaching (Spain). Currently holding an ACC credential with the ICF, Fernando has certifications in Systemic Team Coaching from the AoEC (UK) (Basic+Advanced) and 6 Team Conditions/Team Diagnostic Survey (US) (Levels I, II & III), making him part of the 6 Team Conditions Faculty.

Beyond his executive and team coaching work with top multinationals, Fernando actively volunteers in several pro-bono coaching initiatives with the ICF in Portuguese, English, Spanish, and French.
