As the Deputy Regional Director for Africa for C40 Climate Leadership Group, Gifti Nadi works closely with the political and technical leadership of 12 African cities and their response to the impact of rapid urbanization and climate change. Gifti Nadi has 15 years of experience in capacity building and communications, including climate change, gender and health, environment, and public policy. Fluent in Amharic, English, and French, Gifti holds a Master's degree in International Public Policy from Johns Hopkins University's School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS) and a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from the University of Maryland. She received her coaching certificate through the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC) in 2018.
