She brings to her coaching 12+ years of experience managing the corporate social responsibility programs and stakeholders of leading companies in various industries. She partners with next-generation leaders (Millennials and Gen Zs), middle managers, and executives from social impact organizations, tech and startups, media/PR, fashion, and utilities globally. Using a co-creative process, Joyce supports them in navigating uncertain futures and unchartered territories with greater confidence through discovering and articulating their personal values and unique strengths, skills, and resources.
