Manasi Agaskar

Manasi is a Leadership Coach and the Founder of Illumine Leadership. Her coaching approach integrates elements from positive psychology, neuroscience, and embodied mindfulness to facilitate holistic growth and transformation. As a trauma-informed coach, Manasi is dedicated to supporting leaders on their journey towards becoming their best selves, living fully, and making a meaningful contribution.

In her coaching practice, Manasi has collaborated with leaders of progressive change, including purpose-driven leaders, social entrepreneurs, innovators, and changemakers across corporate, start-up, and non-profit sectors in India, the United States, and Kenya. Her passion lies in empowering leaders to unlock their potential and create a positive impact.

Before venturing into coaching, Manasi accumulated a decade of experience in strategy consulting, start-ups, and social entrepreneurship in India and East Africa. Her professional background includes advising multinational corporations, bilateral and multilateral aid agencies, and prominent global non-profits on program design and implementation, business transformation, and entrepreneurship development.

Manasi is a certified coach from Coach for Life, USA, and an active member of the International Coach Federation (ICF). She holds a Master of Science in Development Management from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Mathematics from the University of Mumbai.
