Noémie Le Pertel
Dr. Noémie Le Pertel is a globally recognized expert, keynote speaker, consultant, thought leader, and executive resilience coach with a focus on sustainability and human flourishing for global institutions. As the founder and CEO of Empowered Wellness and the Center for Positive Leadership, LLC, she has dedicated over 20 years to empowering the fulfillment of potential through human-centered, whole-person leadership and embodied neuroscience.
Acknowledged as one of Marshall Goldsmith's 100 Coaches, Dr. Le Pertel has worked with prestigious clients including the United Nations, European Central Bank, NN Investment Partners, KBC, Columbia Business School, Ireland’s Health Service Executive, Ministries of Foreign Affairs, AppNexus, CHUBB, AACSB, Etsy, AbbVie, and the New York Times. Currently, she leads research on global and organizational wellbeing, burnout, health, and human flourishing in 122 countries in collaboration with the Harvard School of Public Health and the World Bank.
In her academic roles, Dr. Le Pertel serves as an academic director, adjunct professor, and lead faculty for IE University’s Executive Master in Positive Leadership and Transformation, the Center for Corporate Learning and Innovation, and the International Masterclass in L&D Leadership at IE Business School. She is also a visiting professor at the International School of Management in Paris, France. Additionally, she acts as a learning coach for executives at INSEAD business school and instructs Stanford University’s BeWellinitiative, teaching Sustainable Happiness: Global Human Flourishing for university staff.
As the founder and chair of the Economics of Wellbeing & Global Human Flourishing working group at Harvard University’s Human Flourishing Program, Dr. Le Pertel continues to make significant contributions to the fields of positive leadership and sustainable happiness on a global scale.
