Belinda Chiu, Ed.D., advocates for the transformative power of play in fostering authenticity and compassion for a happier world. With over 20 years of experience coaching, training, and leading individuals and teams across public, academic, and private sectors, she is at the forefront of making emotional intelligence accessible to all. Committed to cultivating courageous leaders and empowering teams focused on equity and representation, Belinda has made significant contributions in various capacities.
She holds positions as visiting faculty for Tuck's Global Leadership, Fordham's Gabelli TALK, and Dartmouth's Management Leadership Development Program. Additionally, she serves as a faculty member, content designer, and ICF-certified Meta-Coach for the Emotional Intelligence Coaching Program co-developed by Dr. Daniel Goleman. Belinda is a Certified Teacher with the Google-born Search Inside Yourself Leadership Institute and a Teaching Fellow with True North Leadership. Her engagements extend to renowned organizations such as GlaxoSmithKline, Sony, Stanford, and the World Economic Forum.
As the founder of Hummingbird research coaching consulting, Belinda collaborates with Ignition Coaching as Chief Learning Designer, the Mind Gym as a Master Coach, Laughter on Call as a Mindfulness Comedian, and eiFOCUS as a board member. She continues to contribute to global initiatives by serving as an International Liaison for the U.S. State Department. Belinda is also the author of "The Mindful College Applicant" and a regular contributor to platforms like Thrive Global.
