Dr. Marshall Goldsmith is the author or editor of 35 books, with a combined sales of over two million copies, translated into 30 languages, and achieving bestseller status in 12 countries. Among his New York Times bestsellers are "MOJO" and "What Got You Here Won't Get You There," which won the Harold Longman Award for Business Book of the Year. In February 2016, Amazon.com recognized these books in their "100 Best Leadership & Success Books" list.

Both "Triggers" and "What Got You Here Won't Get You There" were acknowledged as among the top 100 books ever written in their field, with Dr. Goldsmith being one of only two authors with two books on the list.
