As a Strategic Leadership Consultant and Master Coach to Executives, Leadership Teams and Boards, I bring the combination of 15 years of client experience, academic study and extensive practitioner training to my work. My ongoing self-development and network of leading global authorities in the field of leadership and organizational development ensure that I am informed by the latest thinking.
My clients are leadership teams and individual leaders in many parts of the world, for whom success depends on their ability to navigate systemic complexity, thrive through rapid change, and collaborate at multiple levels. I have an in-depth knowledge of what it takes to plan strategically in the face of an uncertain future, to partner across stakeholder groups in service of a common purpose, and to overcome conflict to become more than the sum of their parts.
Barbara is a systemic thinker, with the ability to question what is seemingly unconnected, allowing new connections and insights to emerge. I have an MSc in Coaching & Behavioural Change, am a Master Practitioner in Systemic Team Coaching and am registered by the South African Board for People Practices as a Master HR Practitioner: Learning and Development.
I am also a qualified coach trainer, focusing on the training and development of accredited internal coaches within organisations and the Systemic Team Coaching programs for leaders and coaches.
