I love to partner and coach someone who is a self starter, knows what they are trying to achieve, is willing to take (informed) risk, and ready to take action. My style of coaching is direct and will focus on both what needs to be done and how you are showing up as a leader in the moment to those around you. However the most important thing for me is chemistry – whether we challenge each other, can be candid with each other, enjoy working together and look forward to our coaching conversations.

The majority of my coaching experience has been with corporate leaders in the USA and across Europe. EthicalCoach intrigues me as it will provide the opportunity to work with leaders who are experiencing similar and yet different challenges than my clients to date. Ultimately the ripple effect and results that the coaching participants achieve will be the legacy that ensures the coaching relationship and experience is worthwhile for everyone.

I have a Masters in Human Resource Management, a Certificate in Coaching and Mentoring, as well as being a graduate of the Corporate Coach University. I’ve worked with more than 7,500 leaders from around the world.
