Debbie Martin

Born in Johannesburg and holding a Bachelor of Social Science degree from the University of Natal in Pietermaritzburg, my journey has taken me across the globe. I've explored new places on horseback, delved into the depths of the ocean through SCUBA diving, and worked for affluent yacht owners. These experiences not only allowed me to traverse diverse landscapes but also offered profound insights into myself.

Returning to South Africa, my passion for the African bush ignited as I worked as a Camp Manager in the Sabi Sand Game Reserve. In 2006, my life took a transformative turn when I was introduced to the world of coaching, a path I have wholeheartedly embraced since. My coaching style is a blend of formal training, specifically Results Coaches, and my personal life experiences. It is defined by an inherent curiosity about life and business.

Over the past 14 years, I have dedicated over 1000 hours to coaching individuals. I actively contributed to the design and facilitation of two leadership development programs, fostering enduring partnerships with my clients. Beyond my professional pursuits, I cherish the role of being a mother to an incredible little boy.
