Eva Hirsch Pontes
Eva Hirsch Pontes, based in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, is a multifaceted professional excelling as an Executive Coach, Trainer, Facilitator, Coach Mentor and Supervisor, and Conflict Mediator. In 2013, she achieved the distinction of becoming the first CSA Accredited Coach Supervisor in Latin America. Her focus has been on providing both individual and group supervision to coaches seeking relational and transformative learning experiences.
Eva's journey in coaching began with her certification from the Hudson Institute of Coaching in Santa Barbara, California, following a successful executive career in the shipping industry. She holds the prestigious Master Certified Coach (MCC) credential from the International Coach Federation (ICF) and a Diploma in Coaching Supervision from the Coach Supervision Academy in England. Additionally, Eva completed The Art & Practice of Leadership Development certificate program at Harvard University's John F. Kennedy School of Government, Executive Education.
Actively engaged in volunteer work for ICF, Eva played a key role in the first Board of ICF/Chapter Brazil. Presently, she contributes to the Ethics Committee of the Chapter and serves as an ICF-trained assessor, reviewing recordings of ACC and PCC candidates.
