Frank Uit de Weerd

Frank, an organizational psychologist and executive/team/systems coach, brings extensive expertise in leadership development, business innovation, and cultural transformation. With over 25 years of international experience in Human Resources at Royal Dutch Shell, spanning Europe (Netherlands, Belgium, UK), Africa (Gabon), and Asia (Malaysia), Frank has collaborated intensively with numerous leaders and teams.

In 2015, he founded Aoidos Leadership, dedicating his focus to supporting leaders and teams in achieving true high performance and innovation in a complex and rapidly changing world. Frank advocates for the creation of work environments where individuals feel secure bringing their whole selves, fostering support and encouragement for their endeavors. He believes that these human-centered organizations not only yield superior results but also play a crucial role in building a better, more conscious, and sustainable world.

Frank's guiding motto is "Serving Courageously with Impact and Resonance." He holds a Master's in Work and Organizational Psychology from the University of Amsterdam, along with a BSc in Political Science. Certified in ORSC (ORSCC) and Co-Active Coaching (CPCC), Frank is accredited by the ICF as a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and serves as an ORSC faculty member.
