I am an ICF Master Certified Coach, Certified Mentor Coach, Accredited Coaching Supervisor, and ICF Global Past President, with 30 years of experience as both a corporate and entrepreneurial business executive. In roles such as leader, business owner, coach, trainer, mentor, and supervisor of coaches, I have been an early adopter in creating a coach-centered workplace that encourages individuals to live and play with purpose. Over three decades, I have collaborated with global organizations and teams of leaders to establish a generative, resilient, and high-performance culture through a coaching approach to leading and managing success.

Drawing from 18 years as a corporate officer for Charles Schwab and General Mills, I am an igniter, initiator, and compassionate champion for conscious generative living for individuals, teams, and organizations. I coach leaders and teams to become better together!
