As a Professional Certified Coach (PCC), Certified Systems Coach (ORSCC), Certified Co-Active Coach (CPCC), graduate of The Co-Active Leader™ Program, and Certified Daring Way™ Facilitator (CDWF), Kat is a trailblazer in the professional coaching realm. She holds the distinction of being one of the first coaches worldwide to earn the Certified Systems Coach designation. Since 2005, Kat has served as Faculty for the Center for Right Relationship (CRRGlobal) in California, leaving a global footprint by supervising, teaching, and mentoring professionals from around the world.
Recognized as a Strengths Evangelist, Kat utilizes the Gallup Organization's Clifton Strengths-Finder and Q12 leadership assessments.
