Mish Middelmann

Mish, a South African social entrepreneur and leadership coach, has been instrumental in coaching enterprising leaders and teams from both the public and private sectors since 2007. Operating under the name Enterprisecoach, Mish has collaborated with CRR Global since 2012, bringing Organization and Relationship Systems Coach training to sub-Saharan Africa. He has played a pivotal role in training over 500 individuals in the ORSC methodology, contributing to the pioneering of team coaching on the continent.

In addition to supervising ORSC certification students for CRR Global across Africa, Asia, Europe, and North America, Mish has accumulated over 3,000 coaching hours. His focus extends to working with senior and top management, both individually and within their teams. Passionate about aligning business practices with the core values of practitioners, Mish particularly enjoys coaching change agents whose vision for business success involves empowering people and making a broad social and economic impact.

Mish's professional journey includes co-founding and becoming the first CEO of Praxis Computing in 1993. Under his leadership, this start-up computer software and services business achieved recognition as one of South Africa's Top Twenty Non-Listed Companies in 2003. Praxis played a pioneering role in embracing the diversity of the "rainbow nation."

Mish holds certifications as a Professional Coach by the International Coach Federation (ICF) and a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach, an ICF-accredited qualification obtained from CTI (thecoaches.com) in 2008. He completed advanced Certification in Organizational and Relationship Systems Coaching (ORSC) in 2014. His educational background includes a Graduate Certificate in Education from the University of Zimbabwe (1983), a BSc in Physics (1980), and a BA in African History from the University of Cape Town (1979). Additionally, in 2004, he completed a three-year part-time Owner President Management Program at Harvard Business School. Mish's diverse experiences and qualifications underscore his commitment to leadership coaching and organizational development.
