Morag leverages a deep and unique operational skillset, beginning her corporate career in retail banking with the Royal Bank of Scotland Group in the UK. With 15 years of experience in the finance industry, Morag comprehends the challenges of running a business and the intricacies of leading and managing its people.

Before founding SkyeTeam in 2007, Morag held responsibility for global leadership and executive development in a US Telecoms company. Since launching SkyeTeam, she has collaborated with clients across various industries, including Healthcare, Telecoms, Mining, Manufacturing, Engineering, and Technology.
