After studying Human Nutrition in Wageningen, I spent five years in Mozambique working in healthcare and education as a nutritionist. During this time, I initiated various projects. The concept of "Ubuntu" from African culture, emphasizing interconnectedness ("I am because we exist"), significantly influenced my personal and professional growth and my interactions with diverse cultures.
Following my experience in Mozambique, I dedicated 15 years to international cooperation, taking me to countries such as Brazil, India, Bhutan, Angola, and Zimbabwe. These travels expanded my perspectives both outward and inward, representing ongoing journeys of learning and change.
My approach to talent development is characterized by clarity in communication, a pleasant directness, result-oriented focus, flexibility, and creativity, as described by my clients.
