Dez Stephens

Dez is a humanitarian coach, social entrepreneur, people's advocate, and planetary activist.

As the founder of Radiant Coaches Academy, Dez is dedicated to enhancing lives through special events, holistic coach training, and the publication of books by academy coaches. These inspiring publications, available on Amazon, guide readers through life stages, fostering reflection and growth.

With a focus on Central America, the United States, and South Africa, Radiant Coaches Academy is currently training coaches and expanding its international reach. The academy's mission centers on facilitating human growth and prosperity by emphasizing quality of life, holistic pursuits, and personal empowerment.

Since 2005, Dez has been a professional coach, and in 2012, she established Radiant Coaches Academy, certifying over 500 students across more than 10 countries. In 2014, the academy achieved accreditation from the International Coach Federation (ICF), and in 2017, ICF of Tennessee recognized Dez and her institute with the PRISM Award for advancing the coaching profession.

Dez holds a life coach certification from Guiding Mindful Change since 2005 and is an Associate Certified Coach accredited by ICF.
