Nic Etheridge Calder

I am originally from the east coast of Canada, now honored to live and work on Treaty 7 land, the traditional territories of Blackfoot and Métis people, which is now known as Calgary, AB, Canada. The convergence of the Elbow and Bow Rivers has been a gathering place for many years, providing life to the community. Personally, I feel most alive when connected to nature, community, and beside the ocean or, for now, these rivers.

For many years, I have been passionately engaged in social change and progress. In our current world, there is an increasing awareness of our connections to each other and the planet. Often, people look outside themselves for solutions when the capacity exists within—within themselves, teams, community, and systems. My role is to invoke that capacity!
