Sara Groenendijk is a professional coach certified by the International Coach Federation (ICF) and the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC). She graduated from MMS's Coach Training in early 2016 at the PCC (Professional Certified Coach) level. Her coaching work focuses on cross-cultural coaching, aiding individuals and teams in realizing their personal and professional potential.

Through a thought-provoking and creative process, Sara empowers individuals, executives, and teams to break through patterns of thought, emotion, and behavior that hinder their individual and collective capacity and performance, guiding them toward action.

Sara's background is in the fields of international development and environmental conservation, and she has been living and working in Ethiopia since early 2014.
