Since the mid-2000s, Marina has provided coaching to senior leaders, both individuals and teams, across the UK, mainland Europe, and West Africa (Nigeria). Her diverse clientele spans various industries, including professional services, finance, utilities, energy, sports, as well as the public and not-for-profit sectors. Before becoming an executive coach, Marina dedicated 15 years to managing strategic and operational change in the energy and utility sectors.

Driven by her passion for organizational change, Marina is committed to helping leaders comprehend their role and influence in breaking behaviors that perpetuate teams' cycles of dysfunction. Emphasizing teamwork and transparency, she coaches client teams to foster genuine collaboration and connections throughout the business, enhancing their collective ability to serve clients and stakeholders. Marina holds accreditation as an Ashridge Coach and Coach Supervisor, possesses an MSc in Executive Coaching, and is recognized as an accredited Conversational Intelligence® (CIQ) Coach.
