Integrating coaching into her work over a decade ago, she recognized the need for additional support in navigating change, drawing from her experience in running her own businesses.
Veronica's belief is rooted in the idea that individuals play multiple roles in their lives, both personal and professional, and aspire to be the best versions of themselves while staying true to their values. This foundational insight informs Veronica's work with clients, helping them adapt to a changing world while preserving their integrity.
Trained as an Integral Coach, Veronica focuses on the individual and their relationships within the systems they are part of, both personally and professionally. Over the past ten years, she has dedicated time and energy to collaborating with non-profit organizations and communities, enabling them to engage more effectively and strategically with their work and stakeholders. Veronica has facilitated focus groups, community-building events, and training programs for various individuals and organizations, including teachers, emerging entrepreneurs, youths, health workers, and professional organizations.
