Rosemary Bloom

Rosemary Bloom Marzio is a certified coach with over 30 years of international corporate and coaching experience. Fluent in both English and French, she conducts coaching sessions in both languages. Based in France, Rosemary works globally, drawing on her diverse background. Originally from South Africa, she initially trained as a lawyer and spent 18 years working in major law firms in New York and London. Later, as European General Counsel for The Walt Disney Company, Rosemary transitioned to coaching after moving to France in 2005.

In 2021, she co-founded SquareDot Partners, a coaching firm specializing in international leadership and culture coaching. Rosemary's clientele includes international corporations, professional service firms, and business schools. She has a particular passion for collaborating with international and not-for-profit organizations. Beyond her coaching role, Rosemary actively contributes to social causes, serving on the Board of the French charity Orphelins Sida International. Additionally, she supports two organizations dedicated to assisting refugee entrepreneurs.
